I truly believe our environments are an extension of our brains, & that the rooms we spend our time in matter.  I often ask clients to describe the room where they spend the majority of their time, & am usually surprised by how frequently I hear about their frustration with disorganization, bad lighting, paint colors they hate, with a loss of how to improve it. I found myself offering suggestions on how to bring happiness into their own homes, & improve their overall mental wellbeing. I offer hourly design consultation on picking paint colors, fixtures, furniture, flooring, tile & more.

 

I believe in serendipitous opportunities & throwing your hat over the fence before you figure out a way to get over it.  Unexpectedly over the past year, I had the opportunity to work with a small locally owned, Home Renovation Company (Fleming Fixes), that offered me a chance to explore my creative side & provide services to help enhance the experience of their customers, tackling decisions about design finishings & other interior choices during the home renovation process. I quickly saw that I borrowed my therapeutic skills when helping couples agree on a design vision, encourage confident decision making, consider personality types that match paint colors & help create a space that brings joy to their every day lives.
